Emergency numbers

Emergency numbers

We are not directly related to any organisation, legal or government departments and the information may change over time. The information has been collected by helpAccommodation.

Emergency numbers, it always useful to know some of them in order to get the right assistance when it comes to unpleasant emergencies. One of the goals of helpMadrid is providing you with the information to spend your months in Madrid safely and supported. In this respect, we have created this column some months ago and we keep researching to ease your life in the Spanish capital.

Today’s topic is “Emergency numbers” and we agree that they are very useful, especially when we need some assistance. Easy to understand that this information will not take the entire blog post, because it will be just a list of numbers. Therefore, we have decided to refresh your memory and talk about the other blog posts of the column and the ones we have written before the reorganization of the blog.

As explained in our post “Plan your experience abroad!”, one of the most important things you will need to do after your arrival is related to the documents (NIE/TIE, Empadronamiento, Seguridad Social). Before your arrival, have a look at one of the posts by Citylife Madrid. They have written several posts where they provide you with all the information you may need. Another topic that we find quite interesting is the one related to the accommodation. “Tips to find the perfect accommodation” is actually a good way to begin the search of your shared flat: besides providing some general tips, we also explain you why a shared flat is a good choice to move abroad for the first time. If you combine this blog post to the ones of the “neighbourhood” column, you cannot get wrong and you will soon live in a beautiful shared flat located in a wonderful area in Madrid.

In order to enjoy Madrid, we have listed “5 tips to get the most out of Madrid” and some “Time management techniques for busy people”. If you follow our suggestions, you will spend the best months ever and you will be able to combine your life as student or worker with the one as traveller. We could sum up by saying: save time to get the most out of Madrid and to live many adventures all around Spain.

Enjoying Madrid is great; respecting this city is a responsibility. Therefore, we have written about recycling and, actually, recycling in Madrid (having each country and each city its own rules). Environment and awareness are two important topics for us; being in contact with many young people, it is our responsibility to raise awareness among the future society members.

Well, it has been a quite complete overview of the topics handled in our column. If you want to know something practical about the life in Madrid, let us know… Next month we will dedicate another post to the topic and we are open to any suggestions. For the time being, let’s discover all the emergency numbers and useful contacts you may need (hopefully not) during your stay.

It has not be too long since we have cut the chat and here we are, again ahahah. Well, we had warned you that the emergency numbers would have not taken too long to be “discovered”. What matters is that now you know where you can call in case of emergency: we want you to be safe and supported during your entire stay in Madrid.

There is no much left to say! We have dusted off all the posts of the column; we have mentioned the shared flats as the housing solution perfect for you; we have talked about environment and neighbourhoods. We have focused on all the topics that are important to helpMadrid.

All we have left is suggesting you to follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and to stay tuned not to miss our blog posts!

Los números de emergencia siempre se debe de tener a la mano, con unos amigos que conocí en MDC trading academy iniciamos una pequeña campaña entre nuestros conocidos para que sepan lo importante que es.
