This weekend, if you don’t have any plan yet, here what we’re about to say: save the date, and don’t miss Mercado de Motores March edition!
Mercado de Motores is one of the best markets in Madrid, and it puts together in the same space hundreds of designers and creators! Fashion, design, gourmet products, furniture… everything in a really cool place: inside the Museo del Ferrocarril de Madrid.
You can check the list of designers here, you will see a little information about them. I love the 'Pichí Pichá' designers, they design a certain clothing item called 'pichi', and they send them in pizza boxes! Isn't it amazing? –I would like to know what the postman thinks when he needs to deliver a pizza box, just wondering hehe–.

I could give you SO MANY reasons to go there! Not only this weekend but any month, since this one is a monthly market, it’s always held on the 2nd weekend of the month. In their website, you can check the stalls you will see in this edition. And… there’s also a space for food trucks (yummy!) and live music, so it’s always a good plan!
The entrance won’t cost you anything –so more money to spend inside!–, and the closest metro station is Delicias –you can go by train also, the train station is the same–. If you want to get there by bus, numbers 8, 19, 45, 47, 59, 85 and 86 stop right there, and you have also one of the Bicimad stops there (Paseo de las Delicias, 92-94) just in case you want to go there by bike. The schedule is, on Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm nonstop, and on Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.
Uh! And one thing I love: if you have a dog and want to take him/her there, they cannot go inside BUT they have a dog kennel where they will take care of your fluffy friend for free!
