We are looking for a new front desk member for Madrid and Valencia, a student interested in remunerated traineeship and in a possible employment.
Since 2010, helpAccommodation offers its services and its accommodations to students and young workers from all over the world.
Today, helpAccommodation offers housing solutions in several cities:
Your tasks:
- Trade management of rooms in shared flats.
- Helpline service, kind and efficient provision of general information.
- Administration: check-in, check-out, payments, customer account management, reports, maintenance and incidents management.
- Visits to the flat to check their condition and, eventually, to make a maintenance request.
- Flat and room preparation (decorations) for short term stays.

REQUIREMENTS
- Customer oriented.
