Museo Nacional del Prado: free entry from Monday to Friday between 18:00 h and 20:00 h, and Sundays and holidays from 17:00 h to 19:00 h. Keep in mind that on the weekends, especially on Sundays, you may find a long queue.
Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía: free from 19:00 h to 21:00 h every Monday, and from Wednesday to Saturday (they close on Tuesday) same timing. Also on Sundays you can enter for free from 15:00 to 19: 00 h.
Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza: free entry on Mondays from 12:00 h to 16:00 h.
Museo del Romanticismo: free entry on Saturdays from 14:00 to 20:00 h, and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
Museo del traje: free on Saturdays from 14:30 to 19:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
Museo Sorolla: free on Saturdays from 14:00 to 20:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
Museo Cerralbo: free on Thursdays from 17:00 h to 20:00 h, Saturdays from 14:00 h to 15:00 h and Sundays from 10:00 h to 15:00 h.
Museo de Artes decorativas: free on Thursdays from 15:00 to 20:00 h and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando: free every Wednesday.
Museo de América: free on Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
Museo Lázaro Galdiano: it’s free on the last hour before closing, that is from Monday to Sundays from 15:30 h and Sundays from 14:00 h.
Monasterio de las Descalzas Reales: free on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 18:30 h for South America and UE citizens.
Real Monasterio de la Encarnación: free on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 18:30 h for South America and UE citizens.
